Experienced European Lettings Negotiator
Having built an excellent local reputation in Dubai prime locations, we are currently looking for a highly experienced Lettings Negotiator with an excellent knowledge of the Property market to join us. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven individual capable of using their initiative to win new business. Diligence, determination and most importantly consistent performance are just some of the qualities which our clients are prepared to reward considerably.
This position will include the following but not be limited to:
- Maintaining current client relationships and generating new business.
- Dealing with enquiries from potential tenants and matching them to suitable properties.
- Coordinating accompanied viewings in accordance with specified requirements.
- Maintaining regular contact with landlords and applicants.
- Using market knowledge to advise landlords on rental figures.
- Dealing with all financial/legal matters related to the lettings.
- Contributing to the effective marketing of available properties.
- Overseeing the tenant check / referencing process.
- Working towards achieving set targets.
- Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service at all times.
- Maintaining correct property details on the companys database and website.
- Taking steps to avoid void periods.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Previous experience of residential lettings is essential
- ARLA Qualifications preferable although not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent client management
- Computer literate
- Exceptional all-rounder
